I made a gift tag!

It won't compete with TimH but I like it. Tattered Rose distress ink, puffy ep, snowflake rubon, copper snowflake brad. I crumpled the tag first, smeared ink on my all too small craft sheet (sniff sniff maybe santa will get me a big one), spritz with water, dabbed the tag all in it, dried with heat gun. Looks more rose IRL. Attached the rest of the goodies and tied to the wrapped up jelly. This is going to our friend Gordon (psst don't tell him) whom we will see tomorrow for lunch!

It's my first attempt at fancy tag making and I rather like it! Might do more of those. Watcha think?

Cohort In ...

Cohort is not what I was going after but I ran out of 'e's!!! Creative titling is what this is. Had to have a page of my main inspiration, Sheldon.

Commit2Paper kit, there may be pieces of three different pp's, love those chipboard pieces, they are so cute. Added some Daisy D's rubons which I thought went really well with the paper, Cloud 9 glitter stickers (hearts), flowers and brads from stash. I don't usually doodle much but am trying it and may have gotten carried away, not real happy with the edge. Don't know if you can tell but I outlined the boots and changed the first one to high heeled high toppers LOL! Overall, I like it!

Well it's not quite NSD but can I call it NSWeekend? Been working on my room (no not ready for the unveiling) and scrapping.

Our wonderful roses that Sheldon works so hard on every year are really showing out this year. Took these pics a few days ago and already the rose garden is three times more full of blooming beauties. Hey, that sounds like a good title for another layout!!!

Used the May Commit2Paper kit (link to the right), this kit is so versatile. Love the thickers, so many of each letter, got to get more sets of those. Added just a few goodies from my stash, but you'll love this kit.
