Spring Cleaning

Caught Sheldon getting the yard & Garden ready for spring planting.

The thickers came with an earlier kit, hit them with a Galaxy Marker, Souffle pen around the pics, rubons from the kit and a few goodies from my stash. Enjoy!

My clock!

Well it's not done yet but couldn't wait any longer to show you! Used the clock face from the Biggest Board that came with this months kit, two of the pp, DH cut a piece of masonite to mount it on. Picked up a clock kit from Joann's ($7.99 which I think you can get cheaper somewhere else or use a coupon). Some ribbon from stash and used a gold leaf pen to trim around the clock face.

The space to the left will have a few of my fav pics probably of DH and me. I'll have to think on that so that's why I didn't want to wait to share!

Garden City

Garden City is the nickname for Augusta. I always wondered why till we started exploring during April, all the azaleas go nuts! And this is my favorite street, brick pavers, avenues with something blooming all the time.

Oh and the Thickers are fabric! Didn't realize that till I took them out of the package, didn't even know they made them. Took a marker (AC of course) and highlighted the texture in the fabric for the title. Dug out some journaling spots from my stash to match and of course covered the cb butterfly which was in the Big Board embellie, love that.

Commit2Paper Apr09 Kit!!!

Have had this a day or two just making sure our Chief wouldn't mind me posting!! This is really a LOT of goodies.

Daisy D's, Chloe Marie Collection, just fresh colors, spring, romance, aaahhhh. Yummy. Felt ribbon very touchable. Artsylicious Fabulous Brads, oh yeah, always a hit. Daisy D's rubons, these are perfect for so many different "themes". The perfect cardstock colors of course!

Throw in a great Thickers choice and what a kit! Oh but wait, one more item. Biggest Board cb die cuts! And yes that is a clock face, I am SO going to get a clock movement kit and make me a clock for my scrapbook room, suh-weet! Three sheets of goodies in there.

Enjoy your little sneak peak, I'm off to play.

Guilty cat!!

I knew someone had been getting up on the table and just knew it was Boo! It couldn't be my sweet Yoda, he knows better. Hmmmph. Sheldon knew I wouldn't believe it. Sorry for the fuzzy pics but he was in a hurry to get the shot before the "evidence" jumped down.

Every Day Things

We just love movies. Course now we have NetFlix we don't go as often so it's more of a treat when we do. These are just a few of the tickets collected over the year, have more to dig up and might just start doing one per year with more comments. But these papers are so great for the every day pleasures in life.

Commit2Paper March 09 - First up!

Who doesn't like Fancy Pants!!! The Daily Grind and it is named perfectly, just the papers for the every day kinda things we should scrap to remember. Things that make you smile or giggle.

Look at the goodies:
And something that always makes me giggle, Boo. I don't think it is in this cat to lay on something flat or comfortable. Weirdest cat I've ever been owned by.

Yes thank you Jen, I found it. At least a little.... (and I finally found a use for those ugly letter brads)
